Terms

Last updated 9 August 2026

These terms apply when you use the WAVE website, account features, downloads, community spaces and Assetto Corsa servers. By using them, you agree to follow these terms and the server rules shown in WAVE channels.

Your account

You are responsible for access to your Google, Discord, Steam and WAVE accounts. Do not share access, impersonate another person or try to bypass a suspension. Tell us promptly if you believe your WAVE access has been compromised.

Fair use

Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the website, APIs, game servers or other players. Do not upload malware, abuse forms, exploit bugs, evade moderation or use WAVE for unlawful activity.

Downloads and intellectual property

WAVE branding, original website materials and WAVE-created game content remain the property of their respective owners. A download gives you personal permission to use it with WAVE and Assetto Corsa unless the download states otherwise. Do not resell or redistribute WAVE content without permission.

Subscriptions

Paid plans show their price, billing period and included access before purchase. Stripe processes payments and subscription billing. A subscription renews until cancelled through the billing tools that will be provided with the account. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the paid billing period, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Features may change while WAVE is in beta, but material paid-access changes will be announced.

Availability and moderation

WAVE is in beta. We may change, pause or discontinue parts of the service, and we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect WAVE, its players or third parties.

Liability

Use WAVE at your own risk. To the extent allowed by applicable law, WAVE is not responsible for indirect loss, lost game data, third-party outages or damage caused by unofficial downloads. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy and third parties

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. Google, Discord, Steam, Vercel and Assetto Corsa are third-party services with their own terms and policies.

Changes

We may update these terms as WAVE develops. The current version and update date will remain on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, subject to applicable law.
